JEMHC External Storage to scale your JIRA Cloud instance storage
Quoting from the Licensing page also, to reminder customers that their JIRA instance storage size is fixed. If your storage requirements are large, you will need to regularly purge projects OR use upcoming improvements to the existing External Storage feature (see, for example Configure S3 Storage repositories) that will enable large email attachments to be stored in 3rd party storage repositories, increasing the lifespan of your JIRA instance considerably.
On the one hand, for 0-500 users, your Maximum JIRACloud data storage period is 25GB, for 500+ user instances, it rises to 100GB period. If your data volume is expected to go significantly beyond this within a year, and continual archiving/deletion to keep under that limit is not viable, then JIRA Cloud would not be viable for you, and JIRA Server (you host) along with JEMH for JIRA Server, could be considered as an alternative.
On the other, JEMHC provides an external cloud storage feature that allows uploading content to external storage systems (for example, Dropbox). This uploaded content data travels through JEMHC servers, and therefore consumes data from your monthly plan allowance. Future releases will allow JEMHC to make use of this in various ways, e.g. for storage of email attachments and even further down the path, for storing longer term archives of auditing email content.

Purchasing a Data Pack
Data Packs are not purchased via the marketplace as its licensing does not anticipate this scenario. Data Packs can be purchased and automatically applied to your JEMHC host by card through third party web store or bank transfer though sales@thepluginpeople.com

JEMHC-1568 Blacklist Image URL
In this release we make two specific improvements, the first is to get smarter about images that are embedded in email content that was removed due to body delimiter expressions (replied-to content matching), previously the content was removed, but images therein would end up on the issue.
We have also added to the blacklisting section, thing to add is that we now can explicitly block absolute URL images, to address cases where users embed such things in email signatures, which are not really useful additions in every issue/comment.
