6. Governing law and jurisdiction

56.1 This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

56.2 Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this agreement or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

7. Additional Terms

7.1 Additional Terms supplied by Customer must be agreed in writing by the Provider and may not vary or override stated terms herein.
